Faulty goods
If you have received goods that are faulty or non-functional, please contact us within 5 working days of accepting delivery.
Damaged goods
If your order has been damaged whilst in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of accepting delivery.
Payment
Refunds will be made within 30 days of YBS Distribution Limited receiving the returned goods.
Exemptions
Items that have been printed are non-refundable, this is because they are personalised and cannot be re-sold to other businesses.
in the highly unlikely scenario where there has been a print error which is our fault, we will re-print, discount or refund you.
